Tom joined MIH Ltd. in August 2018 as a plumber and quickly demonstrated his ability to successfully manage projects. With a strong drive to expand his skill set, Tom decided to return to college to pursue his NVQ in Building Services. This qualification is a key step toward achieving his long-term goal of becoming a gas engineer. As a first-year apprentice in the Building Services Engineer Installer L2 program, Tom continues to develop his expertise while gaining hands-on experience to support his career ambitions.
