As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Contracts & Pre-Construction Administrator to join our team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to play a key role in supporting our contracts and pre-construction teams — helping ensure every project is set up for success from day one.​​​
Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining organised digital and physical filing systems
• Preparing letters, reports, and meeting documentation
• Supporting the creation of job packs, RAMS, O&M files, and site documentation
• Managing H&S records, toolbox talks, and site inductions
• Updating tender trackers and assigning project numbers
• Producing tender return summaries and breakdowns
• Completing drawing take-offs and measuring pipework/ductwork
• Accurately recording equipment and materials from technical drawings
We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a minimum of 5 GCSEs (A–C), including Maths, English & Science
• Has experience in a similar role within construction or a project environment
• Is highly organised with excellent communication skills
• Has a strong working knowledge of MS Office
• Is keen to develop further, with an interest in technical training (e.g. CAD)
Salary: £26,500 – £28,500 (dependent on experience)
