The University of Worcester
MIH Ltd is proud to announce the successful completion of The Dukes Building, a new state-of-the-art three-storey teaching facility at the University of Worcester. This project showcases our commitment to delivering sustainable, efficient, and innovative building solutions.
The Dukes Building features advanced Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) technology by Mitsubishi, providing an eco-friendly heating solution that minimizes reliance on fossil fuels and significantly reduces the building’s carbon footprint.
For specialized environments like sports science laboratories, we installed Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems, also by Mitsubishi Corporation. This system offers precise temperature control, ensuring optimal conditions for both research and practical activities while enhancing energy efficiency.
We integrated VES hybrid ventilation units to maintain excellent indoor air quality and contribute to the heating system in larger teaching spaces, promoting a comfortable learning atmosphere throughout the year.
Great Oldbury Community Centre
Great Oldbury Community Hall features state-of-the-art underfloor heating and hot water systems powered by BAXI gas-fired boilers. The naturally ventilated rooms benefit from openable windows and motorized louvres for effective night cooling, while smart extract ventilation with @VentAxia fans enhances comfort in restrooms and kitchens. The changing rooms are equipped with heating from a BAXI gas-fired boiler, complemented by fan convectors and radiators, as well as hot water from an AOSmith gas-fired heater featuring stylish Lecico sanitary ware. Mechanical ventilation is provided by Mitsubishi Electric heat recovery units for a constant supply of fresh air. We proudly partner with industry leaders such as GRUNDFOS, Systemair Limited, Gledhill Group, Smiths Group plc, and Purmo Group to deliver high-quality, efficient solutions.

Trellech Primary School
MIH Ltd is proud to announce the successful completion of the building services at Trellech Primary School, delivering a modern, efficient, and comfortable learning environment.
Project Highlights:
• Heating System: Installed 2 x Mitsubishi Ecodan Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHPs) supplying an internal buffer storage vessel in the plant room. The building features underfloor heating (UFH) with anti-tamper controls monitored through the Building Management System (BMS).
• Hot Water Solutions: Integrated Zip point-of-use water heaters and boilers for reliable and efficient hot water delivery.
• Sanitary Ware: Fitted Lecico products throughout, ensuring durability and hygiene.
• Ventilation: Installed Nuaire fans and silencers in toilets, disabled facilities, and kitchen areas to maintain excellent air quality.
• BMS Controls: Partnered with Emerald Controls to provide advanced monitoring and management of building systems.
